SHIPPING FAQ
What shipping service do you use?
I use the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) for all of my Mug shipments. Any other shipments under 1lb (clothing, prints, etc) I use USPS First Class Shipping.
I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
Please e-mail me right away at sales.dethskulpt@gmail.com, with the updated address. I will do my best to make this change.
When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it?
Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary. Most MUGS are MADE TO ORDER. For those we ask to please understand they take time to make and are all HANDMADE. Please allow up to 2-8 weeks for Shipping Made-To-Order Mugs. If your mug has not been delivered within those times or updated, please send me an email at sales.dethskulpt@gmail.com. (I am a solo artist, so please be patient.) No Refunds, sales are final as listed on the items.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order is ready to ship.
My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do?

Note: I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
My order is being returned to sender. What happens now?
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail an updated address. Once your package arrives back, I will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS/FAQ:
Do you ship internationally? How long do order deliveries take?
I do ship worldwide. International Shipping typically take 2-6 weeks.
I do not list items as a gift as it is a Federal Crime. Please expect to pay duties once your packages have arrived.

Once the Parcel is scanned through Los Angeles Ca. I am not able to track the parcel. You would need to contact your local Post for further information regarding delayed shipments.
How much does international shipping cost? Do I have to pay customs fees?
International shipping costs vary worldwide, please go through the check out process to view your total beforehand.
Again, please be aware, you the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
I do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Why is my international package being returned?
International orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment postage (USD).
My international order hasn’t shipped yet. Why is it being delayed?
When placing an order, please be sure to use translated English font to avoid delays. The shipping system does not recognize foreign character font, which causes a hold in printing your order.
I will need a translated address or alternate ship to address for the order to print properly.
